Numonohi Christian Acedemy Numonohi Christian Acedemy was established in August 1966 by New Tribes Mission for the purpose of meeting the educational needs of the ever-increasing numbers of children of New Tribes Missionaries in Papua New Guinea
NCA offers education for grades pre-school through 12. NCA provides for the educational needs of nearly 170 children of missionaries serving in Papua New Guinea from 15 different countries.
Each year it is a challenge to find enough teachers to fill all the required classes. Check out the current needs at http://www.mmol.org/NCA/needs.html. Because of the shortage of teachers, this year (2008-2009) Robin will be helping in the elementary school as she co-teaches grades 2 and 3 with a couple other teachers.
